Using a variety of tools such as the DiSC ® 363 for Leaders, we can go through an evaluation from your peers, your direct reports, your bosses, and your own self-evaluation. Together we’ll synthesize that into a picture of where you‘re at right now and help you develop a plan to improve your practice and your workplace (or team, morale, etc.) by capitalizing on your strengths and shoring up your weaknesses. The results will improve your communication, relationships, and personal productivity.
